kmail 100% cpu

Binary package hint: kmail

Open Kmail. After mail from POP accounts has finished downloading randomly click on mails in Inbox causes Kmail to hang and use 100% cpu.

When launched from terminal:-

I'm not sure this is the same but I guess. 3-5 minutes after sending that 6-pages-long-now-composed-mail
load: 0.60 0.71 0.63
cpu idle: 94% (so I really closed kmail)
when typing the mail, kmail tends to appear at the very top of the output of "top"
also some wish process tends to be there. Sometimes kmail has a very long reaction time: typed three words, but only the first one appeared on the screen... character-by-character...
I'm pretty sure that kmail does it (directly or indirectly).
now another some minutes passed, now my load is: 0.39, 0.48, 0.54
cpu 70-97% idle.
I've didn't closed anything else, except kmail. May I open a new bug for it? Or is this the right place for my issue?

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.
