In jaunty ubuntu netbook remix, the gnome-dictionary app does not get maximized on launch, and it is not in the excluded list for maximus

There are a handful of applications we have in UNR that do not get maximized by maximus when they are launched. A couple of them are specifically excluded, but this is not one of them. I'm still trying to determine where exactly the problem lies.

ok, found it, it's actually maximus that has a hardcoded default list of apps to exclude, on top of the list in gconf. duping this
