Bug Description

All screens in KARL3 get a horizontal scrollbar at maximum size on a 1024 monitor. If you resize just a few pixels wider, it disappears. But we need 1024 to not have a horizontal scrollbar.

Fix committed in rev 1819. Reducing the width of .visual-portal-wrapper from 1008px to 1003px removes the scrollbar and doesn't seem to affect the other pages.
