menu icons don't match other file icons

Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I just upgraded to 9.04 Beta (actually the day before the beta). I have new Open Office icons for the relevant files, but the small icons in GNOME menu are the same icons as in previous releases.
I think they should match. i.e,. the icons in the menu that link to the application should be the same (or at least be in the same family) as the icons used for the files produced by that application.
