Bug Description
Using Avant Window Navigator 0.2.6 for Ubuntu Intrepid sometimes an icon for the "window list" will get remove and re-created. It happens in a somewhat simple pattern that is visible in the video I have attached.
Is this because of Compiz or other Window Managers that do trickery with the windows? Avant only works (from what I know) in compositing environments.
I thought this might be because programs hide, unhide, and do other things with their windows. Such as if you send Rhythmbox to the tray it gets hidden after ~100ms, making the animations disappear for that window. But this seems to happen with many programs, and it would seem odd that all of them would do it in the same way.
I have attached a video of this bug.
There are some issues with awn and libwnck signals, typically occurring when a window opens and hides again in short period of time. I believe a fix was committed for this issue for the 0.3.2 release. I couldn't find the precise bug with a quick search.
