Bug Description
The resource bundles cache should get cleared during upgrades, since that is likely to include CSS changes in e.g. basic.css, which is a @included file and therefore does not get checked for freshness when generating the bundle id/filename.
The same applies to the prerendered content cache probably.

Fix committed in r6301 for whissip (which it only affects after all - and the bug should get moved, if possible).
