Ensure that editing the profile matches the needs for affiliates. We still need to get staff editing (meaning, hiding certain fields) in place.

Looks good on IE7, haven't found any users with recently added content/ tags/communitie s, so I couldn't test those aspects, but the profile info appears to be displaying correctly, and I was able to successfully upload a profile photo (although the photo itself was rendered in such a way to look squashed).
