Bug Description

Binary package hint: gtk-qt-engine

Hello, I have Kubuntu 9.04 upgraded from 8.10.
Since a few days after some update, gtk-qt-engine does not work over regular users accounts, I mean that for applications which run as super user as like as synaptic, gtk-qt-engine is working well, but for any other gtk application which run as normal user, gtk-qt-engine is not working and appearence is really ugly.
I have libbonobo2-0 installed.

gtk-qt-engine 1:1.1+svn20080816-0ubuntu6
libbonobo2-0 2.24.1-1

This bug is not a duplicate of bug 326648, bug 326648 is about problems with gtk-qt-engine dependence of libbonobo2-0.
This bug is more recent and is about gtk-qt-engine is not working when libbonobo2-0 is already installed.
