Bug Description
Package: kdebase-
Version: 4:4.2.1a-0ubuntu10
Steps to reproduce:
1. change panel height to a smaller value than the standard
2. change to a different screen resolution
3. now the panes height has raised
4. change back to the screen resolution of before
5. the panel still is larger than before the resolution changes
In particular this is the case when I switch from the display of the notebook to an external monitor with a different screen resolution and back.
The panel size only changes when its size is smaller than the standard value but does NOT change when its height is larger than the standard value.
