Bug Description

Distro: Jaunty Jackalope
Kernel: Linux server1 2.6.28-11-generic #36-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 20 19:40:40 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
Motherboard: Intel D945GCLF2

Problem:

Network is unstable, random disconnects (networking gear is fine), can't ping the machine from other pcs, got this stack trace

Tried at another speeds/duplex settings to no avail. Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex was working just fine on the same computer.
