Bug Description
Context :
Say my team has subscribed to https:/
Say I ask the question https:/
Result :
I have now subscribed twice to this question. For each new answer, unless I explicitely unsubscribe to this question, I receive two emails :
- one saying "Question #42 on Foo Bar changed:",
- one saying "Your question #42 on Foo Bar changed:"
Expected behaviour :
LP should detect that it is sending the email twice to the same address, and drop one of them.
