ACPI events not correctly handled with KDE4

Bug Description

OS: Kubuntu Jaunty AMD64
Hardware: Dell Studio Hybrid
Problem: Power button actions configured in KDE4 System settings not obeyed

In System Settings/Advanced/Power management, I set all profiles to suspend to RAM on pressing power button. However, pressing the power button immediately shuts down the computer.
It seems the problem comes from the scripts in /etc/acpi. For instance, /etc/acpi/powerbtn.sh tests conditions that apply to KDE3, not KDE4 (eg. kded instead of kded4, testing for the klaptopdaemon module instead of powerdevil). As none of the conditions apply, the script eventually ends up calling /sbin/shutdown, thus not letting powerdevil handling the event.

Workaround: Commenting out the call to /sbin/shutdown, the policy configured in system settings is obeyed.

I can't find the duplicate report at the moment (and I don't have time to search until I get home this evening). I'm pretty sure this has already been reported somewhere though
