ksmserver doesn't behave normally if a desktop file is loaded during kde startup

Bug Description

Way to reproduce:
Open system settings
Click advanced
Click autostart
Click 'add program'
Select skim (or other programs that does not close)
Logout KDE and login again

Things happened:
ksmserver doesn't load anything more (such as the Kmix icon, Klipper icon) and leave doesn't work.

I confirm this bug on my Kubuntu 9.04, after update to Kde 4.2.3 form PPA repo.
