Bug Description

Issue is with gnome-volume-control not displaying proper window contents after switching devices.

Test case:
1) Start gnome-volume-control via either panel or command line
2) Note window contents and number of tabs for initial device displayed
3) Select another device (any device) from drop down menu
4) Note change of window contents to show only "Sound Theme" tab
5) Switch device back to initial device and note no change of window contents.

Cycling through the devices will change window contents with no determinable pattern

My machine:
Acer Aspire One
Jaunty Alpha 6
Kernel 2.6.28-11
Volume Applet Version 2.26.0
