'default PPA' text is suboptimal

Bug Description

PPAs now appear as a separate item in the breadcrumbs. The label for the default one is 'default PPA'. The PPA is named 'ppa', not 'default', so there is little reason to make it 'default' rather than 'Default'. It could also probably be just 'PPA' unless there's more than one.

I agree that "PPA" is probably better default text. That should change based on the name each user gives to its PPA.

Let's set it to PPA until we have multiple ppas & editable displaynames
