Bug Description
The new feature in 0.46 where Ctrl+Click in the Pencil and Pen tools create a single dot appears to be broken in latest SVN (20951). Ctrl+Click in the Pencil tool does not create any object and the following message is printed to the console if Inkscape was started from the command line.
** (inkscape:14695): WARNING **: Snapping was already allowed or disallowed! This is a bug, please report it.
Ctrl+Click in the Pen tool creates a normal line and nothing is printed to the console.

This is a new wanted behaviour. Dots works only with Bezier tool and one of the straight line modes (the last two icons).
