growisofs dvd-r dvd+r input output error

Cannot burn dvd on my:
[ 21.909019] hdc: BENQ DVD LS DW1655, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive

When i try burn on dvd-r i got:
root@akira:~# growisofs -Z /dev/hdc=/home/bluszcz/var/iso/69.iso
Executing 'builtin_dd if=/home/bluszcz/var/iso/69.iso of=/dev/hdc obs=32k seek=0'
:-[ PERFORM OPC failed with SK=4h/ASC=09h/ACQ=00h]: Input/output error
root@akira:~#

when i use dvd+r:
root@akira:~# growisofs -Z /dev/dvd=/home/bluszcz/var/iso/69.iso
Executing 'builtin_dd if=/home/bluszcz/var/iso/69.iso of=/dev/dvd obs=32k seek=0'
/dev/dvd: "Current Write Speed" is 2.5x1385KBps.
         0/4391993344 ( 0.0%) @0x, remaining ??:??
         0/4391993344 ( 0.0%) @0x, remaining ??:??
:-[ WRITE@LBA=0h failed with SK=3h/ASC=72h/ACQ=01h]: Input/output error
