gnomebaker-dbgsym gives "Exec format error."

Bug Description

Trying to produce a crashlog for bug #308323, I installed gnomebaker-dbgsym 0.6.4-1. However, the binary in there is not executable, nor can I include its debug symbols with gdb -s:
