Bug Description
The 'whiteboard' feature in PPA (and other archives in launchpad) doesn't seem to add anything.
They can be used only to communicate messages between PPA owner and administrators, which are very rare.
It was agreed that the description field and/or 'Contact this user' can easily be used to fulfill the 'whiteboard' use-case.
We should contact all PPA owners and inform that 'whiteboard' will be removed in 2.2.3.
