[Feature request] Support for splitting of compressed snapshots

Currently NSsbackup supports either compression or splitting of an archive. It would be great if both features would be supported at the same time. This is beneficial for users who need to archive to a filesystem that doesn't support large files but also have big backups that could save some space with compression.

I confirm that this feature is indeed wished. The implementation is quite difficult using TAR. So maybe using DAR it would be possible. I will create a blueprint for that.
