problems with maximized window

There are two problems:
1. Evolution doesn't remember if it's maximized on close. (It remembers its size).
2. If maximized, there some strange effects with rounded cornerns (in default Human, Clearlooks and other themes with rounded corners) - screenshot follows.

The first issue is knon upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201362 the second is a duplicate of the bug pointed with the previous comment

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=243962 is a dup of http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201362 and has a patch attached. Is this important enough to patch evolution with that for Dapper?

fix is in CVS, to come for 2.14 - we might consider to patch this in for the release and strip it off in 2.14.2 release.
