Bug Description
For the pickled backup data, check the platform using platform.system() to determine the path. Check that the directory exists before creating the file, even though it should from the installation (yet to be done)

Fixed and I am pretty certain it works on Windows however since my desktop will barely stay stable for more than 10 seconds, can't test.
