Bug Description
Unable to edit a blog attachment. If a user submits a blog post with an attachment and then goes back to edit that post, they should have the option of editing/deleting the original attachment.

Balazs, this is a good point that Nat makes. We have views for editing and deleting the attachment, but no way to reach the "View Attachment" screen. (The only link goes to the immediate download.)
Nat, we should discuss a solution to this. I propose something like this:
1) You go to the blog post that has attachments and see the row of attachments at the top.
2) Each attachment currently shows an icon for the type, then a hyperlink on the filename for the download. E.g. __Some Doc.doc__ as the user visible part. (The underlines are visible, just implies the hyperlink underlining.)
3) Add to this: __Some Doc.doc__ (__#__)
4) The # is a hyperlink to the View Attachment screen, where you can edit and delete.
5) The # also has a mouseover title attribute that says "View this attachment without downloading."
Nat, we'll get started on this approach and catch up with you later.
