Bug Description

Currently the DPI of the screen used for the calculation of basefont sizes can be set manually be using:

  System->Preferences->Font->Detail->dpi

Although it is being used a scaling factor for the default font size, the granularity of the display specified in dots-per-inch (DPI) is a factor of the output device used, the resolution.

The preferences in the Font panel would perhaps better be named "Default Scaling" and be based on a range with '1.0' at the centre point.

The DPI setting should then be moved to a factor of the current resolution in:

  System->Preferences->Screen Resolution

alongside the refresh-frequency with the option to restrict it "Only on this machine".
