python-twisted-names not a dependency anymore but still used

The package python-twisted-names is not a dependency anymore but it is still used in our code, like in lib/canonical/ubuntuone/storagefs/client.py", line 18.

Syncdaemon will also use twisted names in the near future.

please add python-twisted-names to ubuntuone-client or ubuntuone-storage-protocol as needed (lucio probably knows which is more appropriate).

python-twisted-names is currently in ubunet-dependencies. This was resolved shortly after it was reported.
