Bug Description

Binary package hint: amule

aMule 2.2.2 <http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Changelog_2.2.2> dropped support for dynamic loading of libupnp and requires that the library be explicitly linked to the aMule binary for UPnP functionality to work. Quote from the link mentioned before:

"Phoenix: Removed the dlopen() code from UPnP.cpp. "

This problem affects all Ubuntu releases and pre-releases to date that have aMule 2.2.2 and aMule 2.2.3 in Universe. The fix: add libupnp-dev to BuldRequires and do a fake resync.

Time install pbuilder and a prerelease of aMule 2.2.4 in this Jaunty box, meh!

Hmm... How did UPnP got disabled in the settings file. Anyway. Pure noise on my part at least for Jaunty.
