User Can't Select Icon for Launcher

Bug Description
When using the Alacarte menu editor and entering the properties dialogue for any listed application launcher, it is not possible for the user to choose a new icon image when the 'browse' option is selected. All the available icon candidate images are shaded and can not be chosen as a replacement.

Also seems related to #19454
Anyway, you need to select the correct folder, then hit enter in the path entry field of the icon selector. It will then show the icons in that folder, and you can choose the one you want.
More info on why it works that way in the bugreports mentioned above.
