$ pkg-config --cflags firefox-gtkmozembed
-I/usr/
$ pkg-config --modversion firefox-gtkmozembed
1.5.0.1
But /usr/include/
I have firefox-dev 1.5.dfsg+

I dist-upgraded today and the problem is gone.
