Bug Description

In Hebrew, words may contain the quote " and apostrophe ' character. Therefore, those characters should not be considered word boundaries. For instance, using English letters, hel'lo and he"llo would be valid words.

Examples of Hebrew words which appear incorrectly to the spellchecker:
ג'קי
ליבוביץ'
צה"ל‏

This bug seems to be very old. Can you test with updated Lucid or Maverick and see if the issue still exists?
