Update to Jokosher 0.11.1

We have released a bug fix only version as mentioned in bug #334853.

In addition to the changes below, a file "/usr/share/omf/jokosher/jokosher-C.omf" has been added specifically to the Ubuntu package.
This fixes bug #290516, when using the Ubuntu package instead of the setup.py script the jokosher help would not be installed.
This should probably be put into the deb diff so that is it always available when the package is rebuilt. The file can be found as an attachement to bug #290516.

    (Will greatly help with debugging)
  * Set program name and env var for PulseAudio to display information about Jokosher's streamer.
  * Use grab_add() when editing BPM and allow escape key to leave the editing mode.
  * Remove encoding parameter from .desktop file as this is deprecated.

We would love to have these bugs fixes available in Jaunty. Thanks MOTUs!

How did you fix the "help issue"? I don't get it resolved.

The rest looks fine and I think we should do it.

When building the deb, you have to download the jokosher-C.omf file which is attached to bug #290516, and place it so it is installed in "/usr/share/omf/jokosher/jokosher-C.omf".

We placed this manually in the package build, but it should be made part of the Ubuntu package diff I think.
