when installed, it said

Havn't tested myself yet, but it seems the reason is that postinst xinit/xinput. d/scim- pinyin <<OOO" xinit/xinput. d/ directory exists or not.
script is doing "cat > /etc/X11/
without checking if /etc/X11/
