zope.conf.in includes obsolete read-only-database directive

zope.conf.in includes a section with the obsolete read-only-database directive, and doesn't mention the proper read-only directive. The attached patch yanks the obsolete section and references the file where the current directives are documented.

I will check this in, along with updates to the zopeschema.xml file and
the handlers.py module in Zope2/Startup, to indicate that the
'read-only-database' option is a deprecated no-op.
