one bug: if I close and re-open the prefs panel the alarm time resets to 12:30. aside from that looks good.

Turns out the prefs resetting was a bug in SpinPrefsItem itself. That is fixed now, so I've committed this plugin in r1808.

I think you should remove
-plugins/alarmclock/aacprefs_pane.glade
-plugins/alarmclock/ac2prefs_pane.glade
the good one is plugins/alarmclock/acprefs_pane.glade ;)
