Odd "fix released" for Emacs BTS watch

Bug Description

I cannot tell if this is an isolated glitch or what, but https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/99634/+watch/52264 recently changed to "Fix Released" even though the upstream bug is "wontfix". The latest update to the upstream bug (until I added a comment just now) was Feb 21 so I was slightly surprised to see the Launchpad watch notification email on March 10.

The same happened to LP bug#405498 as soon as I added an upstream watch. The upstream bug was just opened by me, and certainly has nothing like "done" or "fix released" in its BTS as of now (though one reply has arrived).

Hi Gavin. I looked at externalbugtrackers/debbugs and see that wontfix is maped to wontfix. Maybe you can see how wontfix could be translated to fixcommitted?

I think the problem was caused by the watch not being updated for some time; it now appears to have been updated correctly, so I'm going to mark this bug Invalid.
