Round-cornered artwork should be antialiased to background colour

Bug Description

The new GNOME progress/startup screen features rounded corners and is 'cookie-cuttered' onto the desktop.

This creates areas of high-contrast around the edges:

While this is only tempoary artwork, if the final artwork uses similar affects if should be anti-aliased against the default brown background colour before being masked.

This problem has been solved as we've moved on to newer artwork.
