Add keyboard shortcuts to "Set [tab] name" and other commands

Bug Description
I don't see how can I do it by myself, so I add those 2 to the wishlist:
- kbd shortcut for "Set name ..."
- kbd shortcut for rearranging tabs i.e. "move left" and "move right" f.e. Alt+Shift+
