[win32] Subtitles don't show up as per configuration file

Bug Description

If I set subtitle font in configuration file as 'ROMAN' I don't see subtitles in that font.

Steps to reproduce :

1.Change Subtitles font in configuration file at all instances to Roman.
2.Start Elisa.
3.Play video Matrix.Reloaded.Trailer-640x346-XviD-1.0beta2-HE_AAC_subtitled.mkv
4.Press for option English subtitles

Expected Result : Should show font as per configuration file.

Current Result : Does not show font as per configuration file.

I can reproduce on windows, not on Linux.

The latest free moovida 1.09 does not get any maintenance since a while. Now moovidadb.com is supporting Linux and support can be found at : http://www.fluendo.com/faq/
