Package gtk-sharp2 should only suggest the documentation packages:
gtk-sharp2-examples
monodoc-
Otherwise, people have to download (sometimes or most of the cases) unnecessary doc packages.
I believe that it runs fine with the doc manuals.

gtk-sharp2 is a metapackage to pull in all the files produced by the gtk-sharp2 source package. It's intentionally pulling in the docs.
"normal" people will have their dependencies resolved automatically - which means that they'd only ever have libgtk2.0-cil et al unless they went out of their way
