Steps to reproduce

When using dual monitor and opening Firefox on non-primary (x-screen 1), click on any menu. menu 'pop-up' appears on the primary screen (x-screen 0).

Same condition applies to the url quick search drop-down, and right mouse clicks on active page.

See attached screenshot. Notice mouse is over "help", Help is highlighted to indicate its been selected, note that Help Menu is on the other screen to the left.

I upgraded to Jaunty 6 this morning and checked on this bug, and it is no longer reproducible. I will keep trying to reproduce but this bug may have been a duplicate.

Full day of use, can't duplicate. Assume bug was fixed elsewhere and released as part of jaunty a6.

I report this as is in bug title: when opening firefox version 3.0.9 in a secondary screen, any menu or contextual pop-up shows on main screen.

I have firefox 3.0.10 and the problem is still here in Jaunty.

This issue just started happening again for me. I experienced this issue many months ago but it went away after an upgrade. I'm running 9.04 and it might be related to the most recent updates I've installed but I don't remember what they were.
