title bar errors when compiz enabled

when i was using openoffice.org base , the title bars would vanish or become clear making selecting it almost impossible and just distracting, wrong and ugly
This effects all windows with a title bar while openoffice.org is open but as soon as I close openoffice.org all affected title bars return to normal

I have attached a screen shot as a photo >= 1000 words

We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response from the original reporter. However, if the issue still exists please feel free to reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could, please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this confirms the bug is one we may be able to pass upstream for help.
