Menu entry and key combination to open a new note / subnote

...it might be a good idea to assign the "create a new task" action to the ctrl+n shortcut. Other related possible things would be to:

-assign the "create a new subtask" action to the ctrl+shift+n shortcut.
-Include both in the task menu, so that GTG can be operated without a mouse.

Hey Lionel! I do plan to contribute, but not sure how often. I will just pick out the bugs that I can fix and update my branch. BTW, I changed a few bits related to this bug, check it out.
