A few lines above:

pkg: error processing libcupsys2-dev (--remove): failed to delete `/usr/share/doc/libcupsys2-dev/changelog.Debian.gz.dpkg-tmp': Read-only file system
Removing libcups2-dev ...
dpkg: error processing libcups2-dev (--remove): failed to delete `/usr/lib/libcups.so.dpkg-tmp': Read-only file system

You probably have a bigger problem in your system if /usr/ was turned into
a read-only file system. What's the ouput of the mount command? Do you
see any error messages in /var/log/kern.log?

That sounds like a problem with the file system on your local machine
rather than a problem with the package. Is /usr really read-only? If it
is read-only by policy, you will need to mount it read-write before
upgrading packages. If it is read-only due to file system errors, you
should investigate possible hardware failure on your system.

If it's not read-only, then something even more weird is going on, but
probably at the dpkg layer rather than at the level of the krb5 package.
