Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Right-click on the applet.
2. Click on Preferences...
3. After "Link Monitor Preferences" window appears, and wiithout clicking on anything else, try dragging an entry in the IP list.
Here, it crashes all of the instances of the applet (instead of just one of them, by the way).
Version is 3.0-1, running under Intrepid Ibex.

I can confirm this bug, version 3.0-3 on Debian unstable.
