Bug Description

Buttons background is not applied correctly in firefox (don't know if this problem happens somewhere else)

Using xorg on a linutop2 (graphic card: AMD Geode LX, amd driver installed), using an elotouch 2700 as screen.

Reproduction :
Install ubuntu 8.04.2 on a system with an AMD Geode LX
Write a webpage with a button, example :
<button id="mybutton" type="button" name="mybutton" style="width:180px;height:100px;vertical-align:bottom;background-color:#11FF11;" title="" >my button</button>
<button id="other button" name="other button" style="background: transparent url(images/cross.gif) no-repeat;">other button</button>

First button has a weird background, the second one has default background.

I don't know if it's a firefox, an X or another package issue...

Attachments: printscreens and xorg.conf

What version of firefox?
Is this reproducible every time?
As for your graphics card. That is not one i have ever run into before.

I'm not completely sure this is related to firefox directly but maybe.
Alexander are you able to reproduce this on your system?
Or anyone else for that matter.

Firefox version is 3.0.7 (Gecko/2009030422).
It happens every time yeah.

Something weird is that I have no problems with "normal" text and body background. Even if I use the same colors for my buttons...

I'm also not sure about relation to firefox, I don't have a lot of software installed (this is a small machine with 1Go flash memory which will be used only to display a web app as a kiosk) so I didn't notice this problem somewhere else. Colors in GDM's login seems fine.
Maybe this problem is related to fluxbox (forgot to tell I'm using it in the report)...

Since this report have a long time without activity, could you check (if is possible) in latest version included in Karmic if this issue is still happening? Thanks in advance.
