Bug Description
In every Ubuntu version, compiz "mipmaps" option for every plug-in ("exposé", "coverflow"…) is never enabled, while the rendering is far better when a window is not at it's real size, with near no cost at all for the gpu.
It should be fine to enable mipmaps in jaunty by default.
What do you think about this?

I agree. I am by no means educated about the issue, but from an end-user standpoint, the results with mipmaps turned on seem to be smoother and clearer than with the setting off.
