Bug Description
I have all my music on an external harddisk device due to the fact I often travel and don't want to have to copy and update my collection on multiple devices.
So to keep my ratings favorites, it would be cool to be able to define an external location for primary database input and as fallback the usual ~/.exaile*

Could be done by adding support for removable libraries and then putting a hidden .exaile folder in the library if its marked as removable. Same functionality could also be useful for MSC devices.
