[Kubuntu] Horizontal scroll doesn't work with Synaptics TouchPad

Bug Description

On Kubuntu Jaunty, the horizontal scroll of my synaptics touchpad doesn't work at all.
It was working good on Ubuntu Intrepid.

Please consider installing gpointing-device-settings package. Then enabling the horizontal scroll settings in the configration utility in System>prefrences>Pointing devices seems to fix the issue as horizontal scroll works fine in sony VGNCW16FG having synaptics touchpad ..

If the problem persist set the status of the bug again to New.

Another option is System>Prefrences>mouse. Then go to Touch Pad tab and enable Horizontal Scroll.
