Firefox closes all windows when one session is closed

Bug Description

Sometimes happens with no reason that all instances of Firefox close after exiting one session of Firefox 3.07 on Ubuntu 9.04 alpha 5 development version. I experienced that even before 9.04 on 8.10 version of Ubuntu.
