When I open Firefox, I all the other screends disapear and I have to ALT TAB to get back to other open programs

This bug reappears (or maintains) en Karmic Koala and Firefox 3.5. Reading the list of extensions I see the Ubuntu Firefox modifications. Removing them the problem is solve. Why is this extension so bad done?
