Bug Description
When shutting down, the progress bar will first appear empty. Next, it will go to full and then start going back down to nothing until the computer is shut down. The splashdown should start at full, there shouldn't be a breif moment of time where it is empty.

Also, my system shuts down when the progress bar is at about 80%
